About Us

We are three friends, beauty experts and makeup nerds with far too much makeup and strong opinions on what makes a great product. As a makeup artist (Sam Chapman), a beauty editor (Sali Hughes) and a brand strategist (Jo Jones), we have almost 100 years of beauty industry experience between us. 

Our mission was not to build a business empire, but to make a perfect mascara and sell it in a fun and dynamic way to our fellow beauty obsessives. After three years of development, our own money as capital, much learning, many laughs and the odd tear, we created Wrap Party, a chic, stylish, non-smudging tubing mascara with visible high impact.

Our pop-up brand, RUM, is a deliberately tiny operation with no investors breathing down our necks to follow the crowd, no crazy budget spent on marketing, social media advertising and influencer trips. Instead, our money goes on making truly brilliant products, in limited drops, that we think you’ll love wearing.
