— Delivery —

We aim to process and dispatch orders within two working days, Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Express delivery via Royal Mail - order before 2.30pm GMT Monday to Friday for delivery the following day. Orders placed over the weekend will be prioritised on the Monday and delivered on Tuesday.

UK orders are sent via Royal Mail. Standard delivery usually takes 2–3 working days from dispatch. Express delivery usually arrives the next working day after dispatch.

We also ship to selected European destinations. European orders are sent via DHL and usually arrive within 5–7 working days from dispatch.

Available delivery destinations and charges are shown at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll email you confirmation and tracking details.

Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally take longer due to postal or customs delays.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, contact HELLO@WEARERUM.CO.UK with your order number and we’ll help.

— Returns — 

Changed your mind? Email HELLO@WEARERUM.CO.UK within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return. You’ll then have a further 14 days to send it back.

For change-of-mind returns, products must be unused with any hygiene seals intact. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept mascara returns once the hygiene seal has been broken, unless the product is faulty or not as described.

Return postage is your responsibility for change-of-mind returns. We recommend keeping proof of postage.

We’ll refund your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return or evidence that you’ve sent it back, whichever is earlier. If you cancel your entire order, we’ll also refund the standard outbound delivery charge. Any extra paid for express delivery is non-refundable.

— Something wrong with your order? —

If your product arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email HELLO@WEARERUM.CO.UK with your order number and, where possible, a photo. We’ll arrange a suitable replacement or refund and cover any necessary return postage.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
