WHAT IS TUBING MASCARA?
Unlike traditional mascaras, which coat lashes with a mixture of waxes, oils and pigments, tubing mascara uses flexible polymers to form tiny tubes around each individual lash. These tubes stay put throughout the day, helping to prevent smudging, flaking and transfer. And rather than needing a makeup remover, they slide off with warm water and gentle pressure from your fingertips.

HOW IS WRAP PARTY DIFFERENT TO OTHER TUBING MASCARAS?
Not all tubing mascaras are created equal. Some can leave lashes feeling stiff, spiky or uncomfortable. Others flake off halfway through the day, some deliver length but little volume, while some barely make an impact at all.
Wrap Party delivers longer, fuller, beautifully defined, separated and fanned-out lashes, without compromising on comfort, staying power or easy removal. And unlike some tubing formulas, you can build volume and drama by layering additional coats while the mascara is still wet.

HOW DO I APPLY WRAP PARTY?
Apply Wrap Party as you would your regular mascara, working the brush from the roots to the tips of your lashes - wiggling the wand as you apply for adhesion. For more volume, and drama, build additional coats while the formula is still wet and flexible.

HOW DO I REMOVE WRAP PARTY?
Soak your lashes with warm water, then use gentle pressure from your fingertips to slide the mascara tubes off. No makeup remover, scrubbing, rubbing or cotton pads required.

IS WRAP PARTY WATERPROOF?
Wrap Party is designed to withstand everyday life - humidity, watery eyes, long days, happy and sad tears and everything in between - without smudging, budging or transferring. It is not designed to survive underwater swimming or prolonged exposure to water. For those activities a waterproof mascara is recommended.

IS WRAP PARTY SUITABLE FOR SENSITIVE EYES?
Yes, Wrap Party can be a good option for sensitive or watery eyes. Its comfortable-wear tubing formula is designed to stay put, minimising the flaking and transfer that can cause irritation. It's also easy to remove with warm water and your fingertips, without heavy-duty cleansers or excessive rubbing. As with any mascara, individual sensitivities can vary.

CAN I WEAR WRAP PARTY WITH CONTACT LENSES?
Yes. Wrap Party's tubing technology is designed to minimise flaking and transfer, making it a good option for contact lens wearers.

IS WRAP PARTY VEGAN?
Yes. Wrap Party has a vegan formulation and contains no animal-derived ingredients.

IS WRAP PARTY TESTED ON ANIMALS?
No. RUM does not test its products on animals.

WHERE DOES RUM DELIVER?
We currently deliver throughout the UK and to European destinations. We're working on bringing RUM to more countries - it’s the dream - so keep an eye on our website and social channels for updates.

IS RUM AVAILABLE TO BUY IN STORES?
Not at the moment. We're a small, independent beauty brand selling exclusively through our website. By selling directly to you, we can keep our prices accessible without compromising on the quality of our products. For now, you'll find us right here at wearerum.co.uk.

Yes, on orders of £40 or more – shipping is free if you live in the UK.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE IN THE UK?
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 48 hours, Monday to Friday.
UK Standard Delivery: Usually, 2-3 working days from dispatch.
UK Express Delivery: Usually the next working day after dispatch.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE IN EUROPEAN COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE UK?
European Delivery: Usually, 5-7 working days from dispatch. Our European orders are normally shipped via DHL. Within Europe orders normally arrive within 5-7 days and to the rest of the world anywhere between 7-14 days. As with parcels sent within the UK, some parcels can take slightly longer due to postal delays. Parcels may also be delayed by customs procedures as customs duty may need to be paid before your parcel can be delivered in some non-UK countries.
Please note that delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees and may occasionally be affected by postal or customs delays.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS DUTIES ON EUROPEAN ORDERS?
Depending on your destination, local customs duties, taxes or import charges may apply.
Any applicable charges and how they're collected should be made clear during checkout or in our delivery information. It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods (not including shipping charges) on all packages destined outside the UK, and shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

DO YOU SHIP TO THE USA, CANADA AND AUSTRALIA?
Not yet. But we want to.
We're self-financing RUM, which means we're growing the business carefully and making every penny count. We would love nothing more than to bring Wrap Party to customers in the USA, Canada, Australia and beyond. But international shipping, duties and import charges can be expensive, and we don't want you paying a small fortune just to get your hands on our mascara.
We're working on finding a way to make international delivery affordable and practical for everyone.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available. You can also find tracking information here.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
We want you to be happy with your RUM purchase. If you need to return an item, please refer to our Returns Policy for information on eligibility, timeframes and how to arrange a return. For hygiene reasons, opened or used mascara generally cannot be returned unless it is faulty or your statutory consumer rights apply.

MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
