Perfectly described by one reviewer as “cool, resinous and slightly witchy”. Like a long walk through a cool pine forest. Grounding, earthy and exactly how I want to smell this autumn.
2. The Frankie Shop Pailey Cable Knit
A jumper that is the look. Wear it with boots and nothing else.
3. Brushed Cotton Bed Linen
I might just stay in bed.
4. Chanel Rouge Noir Nail Polish
Explanation unnecessary. De rigueur.
5. Soft-Focus, Blurred Skin
Forget dewy, summery, barely-there bases. Autumn sees the return of a more finished skin look. Lean into your Laura Mercier Loose Setting Powder or favourite blurring finish for a soft-focus, polished base.
6. A Return to Eyeshadow
I’ve recently bought a few of the Makeup by Mario Master Mattes Cream Eyeshadows and they’re so good. Perfect as a base for layering powder shadow or worn beautifully on their own. No doubt I’ll be buying more.
7. Hot Baths
I’m replacing my bathroom suite and spending a lot of time fantasising about the perfect bathtub. The only decision I’ve made so far. It shouldn’t be white.
